条件付チケット申し込み方法
ここでは11月2日より申し込み受け付けが開始された条件付チケット（confiditional ticket）の申し込み方法を、実際の申し込み画面を交えながら解説します。

What is a conditional ticket?

By taking part in the conditional ticket programm, customers may register in advance for the chance of receiving tickets for tickets for one match of up to seven nominated by the customer.

Individuals who have already acquired a TST series cannot participate in the conditional ticket programme, because you are not allowed to purchase individual tickets as well as TST series.
すでにTSTチケットを入手済みの方は、条件付チケットの申し込みをおこなうことはできません。理由はTSTチケットと同様、シングルチケットも申し込みすることはできないためです。

Anyone who applies for more than the permitted number of tickets may have their orders excluded from the ticket allocation, even after tickets have been allocated.

Allocation and notification
当選とその告知について
The allocation sequence is determined using a waiting list that is set up by drawing the names of all applicants for conditional tickets.
チケットの当選は、条件付チケット申し込み者すべての名前を抽選することによって決定されます。
Priority is given to unsuccessful applicants from sales phase 1, as well as customers whose TST series lapses because, from the 2 nd November, their selected team can no longer qualify for the final round in Summer 2006.
1次販売にてチケットが当選しなかった人、地区予選にて敗退してしまった国のTSTチケットを申し込みしていた人(11月2日より有効)には、チケット当選の優先権が与えられます。
The returned tickets are allocated to the conditional ticket orders at several points in time between February 2006 and up to 36 hours before the relevant match, while the majority of returned tickets can be expected before the tournament starts.

It is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed, or to return allocated tickets.

The 2006 FIFA World Cup^(TM) Ticketing Center, however, will ensure that you are not allocated any tickets for a match if you have already obtained or are going to obtain tickets for a match on the same day via one of the regular sales phases.
仮にすでに条件付チケットと同じ日におこなわれる試合のチケットをすでに持っている、もしくは申し込みしようとされる場合、条件付チケットは抽選対象にはなりません。
For security reasons and to prevent ticket touting, tickets can only be transferred with the agreement of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee Germany.

仮に選択された試合のチケットが充分な枚数でなかった場合、チケットの価格から申し込み費用5ユーロ(申し込み人数ごとに5ユーロ)を差し引いた金額をクレジットカード、もしくは登録された銀行口座の返金します。
For this reason, you should always use Customer Self Service to make sure that your payment data is up-to-date. The refund cannot be made until just after the end of the competition, as the last returning tickets are expected during the final round of the competition.
クレジットカード情報等の支払いに関する情報が最新であるようにCustomer Self Serviceにて確認してください。決勝トーナメント期間中に最終の返却チケットが各所から返却されてくるので、ワールドカップ終了後すぐに返金処理はおこなわれません。
If obtaining tickets in the other sales phases excludes you from the allocation of conditional tickets, you will be refunded the purchasing price for the conditional tickets within a month of receiving your tickets.
別の販売期間にて条件付チケットと同じ日程のチケットを手に入れ、抽選に当選したにもかかわらず条件付チケットが購入できなかった場合は、チケット受け取り時の1ヶ月以内に返金されます。

2、チケット枚数、観戦希望試合を指定する
Nextのボタンをクリックすると、以下の画面が表示されます。ここでチケットの枚数、試合、その他条件を指定します。

Because returned tickets are mainly expected in category 1, the price from category 1 will also always be used as the basis for calculating the invoice amount.

If you are also willing to accept tickets from a lower category, make your selection below.

If you select matches with different prices, then you are initially charged for the match with the highest price.
If, at a later date, you are allocated tickets for a match at a lower price or in a less expensive category, you will be refunded the difference. The refund is made within a month of the successful allocation.
希望したチケットのカテゴリが低い価格帯のカテゴリのチケットに変更された場合は、差額が返金されます。返金時期はチケットが割り当てられた月内におこなわれます。
You can view the prices for conditional tickets at Prices. The price comprises the regular category 1 ticket price plus a EUR5 conditional ticket fee. Shipping costs will be added to the total.
チケットの価格はカテゴリ1の価格となり、5ユーロの手数料が加えられます。合憲金額には送料が加えられます。
The ticket price includes the use of the public transport services provided by the public transport company at the match location for travelling to and from the stadium on the day of the match.

You can now choose a maximum of four conditional tickets for up to seven matches.

The match selection you make here also applies to all the other guests you specify. The names or number of guests cannot be changed from match to match.

注：試合の組み合わせは12月9日ドイツ ライプチヒでおこなわれる組み合わせ抽選会でおこなわれます。
ただし、ホスト国であるドイツ代表のグループマッチの日程は既に決まっています。

希望するチケットとその他条件の指定ができましたら、画面下にあるNextボタンをクリックしてください。
3、Security questionに答える
次は以下のような画面が表示されます。
表示されるアルファベットを空欄に入力するのみでOKです。
これは不正なプログラムによる申し込みを防ぐための質問です。
上記画像にはUEkHKと書かれていますが、この文字の組み合わせはアクセスされるごとに変更されますので、皆さんがこのページにアクセスされた時に画面に表示された文字を入力してください。
大文字でも小文字でもどちらでも結構です。間違えた場合でも、再度別の文字の組み合わせが表示されますので、ご安心ください。
表示された文字を空欄に入力後、Nextをクリックしてください。
4、ログイン、もしくは新しく登録する
以前ワールドカップチケットに申し込みされた方は、この画面にてメールアドレス、パスワードを入力することによって、登録済みの申込者情報を入力せずにすみます。
もし、まだワールドカップチケットの申し込みをされたことがない場合はここから新規申し込み者登録が可能です。
もし、申し込みされたことがあるけど、パスワードを忘れてしまった場合、Have you forgotten your password? のリンクをクリックしてください。メールアドレス入力画面が表示されますので、ここから新しいパスワードを再発行してください。
ここでは、新規登録の場合の申し込み方法を解説します。
5、個人情報を入力、申し込みチケットの確認をする
初めてワールドカップチケットに申し込む場合、各種個人情報を入力する必要があります。支払い方法の指定もここでおこないます。また、申し込むチケットの詳細、価格が表示されますので、間違いがないよう必ず確認してください。
申し込み後の変更、キャンセル等は一切できませんので、しっかり確認してださい。

次に申し込み者の個人情報を入力します。申し込み者の住所にチケットが郵送されますので、間違いないように入力してください。

申し込み時の個人情報入力項目解説ページ
同行者分チケットを申し込みされている場合は、人数分の個人情報入力個所が表示されますので、そちらも間違いないように入力してください。
ここではチケットの合計金額、送料、送料込みの合計金額が表示されます。
1枚もチケットが当選しなかった場合は一人当たりの申し込み料5ユーロ(手数料のため返金不可)を差し引いた代金が返金されます。
ちなみに、条件付チケットは、7試合を申し込み時に選択できますが、当選する試合は1試合のみです。この点、お間違えないようにお願いいたします。

Tickets are only sent to delivery addresses in Germany, and only if they are allocated successfully by 17.05.2006.
ドイツ在住の方でチケットに当選された場合は2006年5月17日までに郵送されます。
For all customers with delivery addresses outside of Germany, or for whom tickets are allocated after 17.05.2006, tickets are kept for collection at the stadium.

The shipping costs represent the charge for order completion and delivery or handover of the tickets to the customer, so it still applies if tickets are picked up at the stadium.
チケットの郵送料は郵送でなく、受け取り場所で受け取る場合でも、合計金額から減額されません。
チケット代金の支払い方法ですが、クレジットカードの場合はMasterCardのみとなります。VisaカードなどMasterCard以外のクレジットカードは使えません。
もしMasterCardを新規発行を希望される場合は、以下にて入会費、年会費無料のMasterCardを紹介しておりますので、ご参考にして頂ければと思います。
ドイツの銀行が発行したデビットカードでの支払いも可能ですが、これは日本在住の方は不可能です。
もし1次販売、2次販売でワールドカップチケットを申し込みをせず、今回この条件付チケットが初めてのワールドカップチケットの申し込みとなる場合、チケット代金の支払い方法はMasterCardによる決済しか方法がありません。
1次販売、2次販売では銀行振込による支払いが可能でしたが、この条件付チケットは銀行振込による支払いができませんので、ご注意ください。
追記(2005/11/20)
11月15日前後から、条件付チケットでも海外送金がおこなえるようになったそうです。メールをいただいた方に教えていただきました。
マスターカード発行を希望されない方は、海外送金にてチケット代金を支払うことも可能です。
今回の条件付チケットに関連する各種規約に同意します。申し込みをおこなうためには同意が必要ですので、チェックボックスをクリックしてください。
あと、もうひとつ下に「Consent to the commercial use of the data」という個所がありますが、個人情報をワールドカップオフィシャルパートナーや、プロモーション、マーケティングのために使うことに同意される場合はチェックボックスをクリックしてください。同意できない場合はクリックしないでください。
最後に画面一番下にあるcheck dataボタンをクリックしてください。
申し込み内容の詳細が表示されますので、注意深く確認してください。
何度も申し上げますが、申し込み後の変更、キャンセルはできませんので、気を付けてください。
